ततो दुर्योधनो राजा शूराणां हयसादिनाम् । अयुतं प्रेषयामास पाण्डवानां निवारणे,तदनन्तर राजा दुर्योधनने पाण्डवोंकी प्रगतिको रोकने-के लिये दस हजार घुड़सवार सैनिक और भेजे
tato duryodhano rājā śūrāṇāṁ hayasādinām | ayutaṁ preṣayāmāsa pāṇḍavānāṁ nivāraṇe ||
ત્યારે રાજા દુર્યોધને પાંડવોની આગેકૂચ અટકાવવા શૂર અશ્વારોહીઓની દસ હજારની ટુકડી મોકલી.
