Chapter 57
हस्वेन चैते आमुक्ते भवतो हस्वके तदा । अनुरूपेण चामुक्ते जायेते तत्प्रमाणके,“छोटे कदका मनुष्य इन कुण्डलोंको पहने तो छोटे हो जाते हैं और बड़ी डील- डौलवाले मनुष्यके पहननेपर उसीके अनुरूप बड़े हो जाते हैं
hvasvena caite āmukte bhavato hvasvake tadā | anurūpeṇa cāmukte jāyete tatpramāṇake ||
વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા— “નાનો કદાવાળો માણસ આને પહેરે તો આ નાનાં થઈ જાય છે; અને મોટા દેહવાળા માણસે પહેરતાં જ તેના પ્રમાણ પ્રમાણે મોટાં થઈ જાય છે—ધારકના જ માપને સ્વીકારે છે।”
