गुरुर्वाच ब्रह्मणोक्तमिदं सर्वमृषिप्रवरसेवितम् । वेदविद्यां समाश्रित्य तत्त्वभूतार्थभावनम्
vāyudeva uvāca | gurur uvāca brahmaṇoktam idaṁ sarvam ṛṣipravarasevitam | vedavidyāṁ samāśritya tattvabhūtārthabhāvanam |
ગુરુ બોલ્યા— પુત્ર! આ બધું બ્રહ્માજીએ પહેલેથી જ કહ્યું છે અને શ્રેષ્ઠ ઋષિઓએ સદા તેનો આશ્રય લઈને આચરણ કર્યું છે. વેદવિદ્યાને આધાર બનાવી અહીં પરમાર્થ-તત્ત્વનો જ વિચાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
