अध्वर्यु–यति संवादः
Adhvaryu–Yati Dialogue on Svabhāva, Ahiṃsā, and Mokṣa
भगवन् भगवदबुद्धया प्रतिपन्नो ब्रवीम्पहम् । व्रतं मन्त्रकृतं कर्तुर्नापराधो5स्ति मे द्विज
bhagavan bhagavadbuddhayā pratipanno bravīmy aham | vrataṃ mantrakṛtaṃ kartuḥ nāparādho 'sti me dvija ||
હે ભગવન! ભગવદનુકૂળ (તમારી પ્રકાશિત) બુદ્ધિ સ્વીકારીને હું કહું છું—યજ્ઞકર્તા માટે વેદમંત્રોથી જે વ્રત નિશ્ચિત થયું છે, હું માત્ર તેનું જ પાલન કરું છું. તેથી, હે દ્વિજશ્રેષ્ઠ, આમાં મારો કોઈ અપરાધ નથી.
