संवर्त उवाच वज्ञादुग्राद् व्येतु भयं तवाद्य वातो भूत्वा हन्मि नरेन्द्र बज़म् । भयं त्यक्त्वा वरमन्यं वृणीष्व कं ते काम॑ं मनसा साधयामि
Saṁvarta uvāca | vajñād ugrād vyetu bhayaṁ tavādya vāto bhūtvā hanmi narendra vajram | bhayaṁ tyaktvā varam anyaṁ vṛṇīṣva kaṁ te kāmaṁ manasā sādhayāmi ||
સંવર્તે કહ્યું—નરેન્દ્ર! ઇન્દ્રના તે ઉગ્ર વજ્રથી આજે તારે ભયભીત થવું ન જોઈએ. હું વાયુરૂપ ધારણ કરીને તત્કાળ આ વજ્રને નિષ્ફળ કરી દઈશ. ભય ત્યજીને મારી પાસે બીજો કોઈ વર માગ. કહો—તમારા મનની કઈ ઇચ્છા હું પૂર્ણ કરું?
