Kuntī–Vyāsa Dialogue on Durvāsā’s Boon and Karṇa’s Birth

माल्यैर्गन्धैश्व विविधैरर्चयित्वा यथाविधि । कुल्यानि तेषां संयोज्य तदाचख्युर्महीपते:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

mālyair gandhaiś ca vividhair arcayitvā yathāvidhi |

kulyāni teṣāṃ saṃyojya tadācakhyur mahīpateḥ ||

Translation

વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા—નાનાવિધ માળાઓ અને સુગંધ દ્રવ્યો વડે વિધિપૂર્વક અર્ચના કરીને, તેમણે તેમના અસ્થિ-અવશેષોને એકત્ર કરી ગોઠવ્યા અને તે વાત પૃથ્વીપતિ રાજાને જણાવી.
