ततस्ते पर्थिवा: सर्वे भीष्मद्रोणपुरोगमा: । ससैन्या: सलिलात्‌ तस्मात्‌ समुत्तस्थु: सहस्रश:,फिर तो भीष्म-ट्रोण आदि समस्त राजा अपनी सेनाओंके साथ सहस्रोंकी संख्यामें उस जलसे बाहर निकलने लगे

Transliteration

tatas te pārthivāḥ sarve bhīṣma-droṇa-purogamāḥ | sa-sainyāḥ salilāt tasmāt samuttasthuḥ sahasraśaḥ ||

Translation

ત્યારે ભીષ્મ અને દ્રોણને અગ્રેસર રાખીને તે બધા રાજાઓ પોતાની સેનાઓ સાથે તે જળમાંથી હજારોની સંખ્યામાં ઉપર ઊભા થયા।
