धृतराष्ट्रस्य पाण्डवेषु प्रीति-वृत्तान्तः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Affectionate Disposition toward the Pāṇḍavas
गान्धारी सर्वधर्मज्ञा तान्यलीकानि शुश्रुवे । समयके उलट-फेरको समझने और समस्त धर्मोको जाननेवाली बुद्धिमती गान्धारी देवीने भी इन कठोर वचनोंको सुना था
gāndhārī sarvadharmajñā tāny alīkāni śuśruve |
વૈશમ્પાયન બોલ્યા—સર્વધર્મજ્ઞા બુદ્ધિમતી ગાંધારીએ પણ તે અસત્ય અને કઠોર વચનો સાંભળ્યા. યોગ્ય મર્યાદાનો ઉલટફેર અને તેમાં રહેલો ધર્મસંમોહ તેણે સ્પષ્ટ રીતે સમજી લીધો.
