धृतराष्ट्रोपदेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Instruction on Rājadharma and Bala
इत्युक्ते विदुरेणाथ धृतराष्ट्रो5भिनन्द्य तान् । मनश्षक्रे महादाने कार्तिक्यां जनमेजय
ity ukte vidureṇātha dhṛtarāṣṭro ’bhinandya tān | manaḥ cakre mahādāne kārtikyāṃ janamejaya ||
વૈશમ્પાયન બોલ્યા—હે જનમેજય! વિદુરે એવું કહ્યે પછી ધૃતરાષ્ટ્રે તે વચનોને અનુમોદન આપ્યું, પાંડવોની બહુ પ્રશંસા કરી અને કાર્તિકના પવિત્ર દિવસોમાં મહાદાન કરવાનો સંકલ્પ કર્યો.
