कृत्वाग्नौकरणं पूर्व मन्त्रपूर्व तपोधन । ततो5ग्नये5थ सोमाय वरुणाय च नित्यश:

Transliteration

kṛtvāgnaukaraṇaṃ pūrvaṃ mantrapūrva tapodhana | tato 'gnaye 'tha somāya varuṇāya ca nityaśaḥ ||

Translation

ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—હે તપોધન! મંત્રપૂર્વક પ્રથમ અગ્નૌકરણની ક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરીને, ત્યારબાદ નિત્ય અગ્નિ, સોમ અને વરુણને તેમના નિયત ભાગો વિધિપૂર્વક અર્પણ કર; આ ક્રમથી પૂજા કરીને ધર્મના આધારભૂત દેવોને પોષિત રાખ.
