Brahmā–Indra–Surabhi Itihāsa
समानवत्सां श्वेतां तु धेनुं दत्त्वा पयस्विनीम् । सुव्रतां वस्त्रसंवीतामिन्द्रलोके महीयते
samānavatsāṁ śvetāṁ tu dhenuṁ dattvā payasvinīm | suvratāṁ vastrasaṁvītām indraloke mahīyate ||
જે મનુષ્ય દૂધ આપતી સુલક્ષણ શ્વેતવર્ણ ગાયને, શ્વેતવર્ણ વાછરડાંসহ, વસ્ત્રથી ઢાંકીને દાન કરે છે, તેને ઇન્દ્રલોકમાં સન્માન મળે છે.
