Putra-Bheda: Kṣetraja, Kṛtaka, Apasada, and Saṃskāra Determinations (पुत्रभेद-निर्णयः)
यदि वै स्त्री न रोचेत पुमांसं न प्रमोदयेत् । अप्रमोदात् पुन: पुंस: प्रजनो न प्रवर्धते
yadi vai strī na roceta pumāṁsaṁ na pramodayet | apramodāt punaḥ puṁsaḥ prajano na pravardhate ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—જો સ્ત્રી પુરુષને રુચે નહીં અને તેને પ્રસન્ન ન કરે, તો પરસ્પર આનંદના અભાવથી પુરુષની સંતાન-પરંપરા વધતી નથી.
