Pūjya-namaskārya-prakaraṇa
On Those Worthy of Honor and Salutation
एवमेतत् परं स्थान ब्राह्म॒ण्यं नाम भारत । तच्च दुष्प्रापमिह वै महेन्द्रवचनं यथा
evam etat paraṁ sthānaṁ brāhmaṇyaṁ nāma bhārata | tac ca duṣprāpam iha vai mahendravacanaṁ yathā ||
હે ભારત! એમ જ છે—‘બ્રાહ્મણ્ય’ નામની સ્થિતિ પરમ ઉત્તમ સ્થાન છે; અને મહેન્દ્રના વચન મુજબ, આ જ જીવનમાં અન્ય વર્ણના લોકો માટે તેને પ્રાપ્ત કરવું ખરેખર દુર્લભ છે.
