दुर्वासा जमदन्निश्चव मार्कण्डेयोडथ गालव: । भरद्वाजो<थ रैभ्यक्ष यवक्रीतस्त्रितस्तथा
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
durvāsā jamadagnis ca mārkaṇḍeyo ’tha gālavaḥ |
bharadvājo ’tha raibhyaś ca yavakrītaḥ tritas tathā ||
વૈશમ્પાયન બોલ્યા—(તેમામાં) દુર્વાસા, જમદગ્નિ, માર્કંડેય, પછી ગાલવ; ભરદ્વાજ અને રૈભ્ય; યવક્રીત તથા ત્રિત પણ હતા.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
By enumerating revered sages, the text underscores that dharma is preserved and transmitted through realized teachers; their reputations—ascetic discipline, learning, and moral force—serve as ethical reference points for society and kingship.
