Brāhmaṇya-प्रश्नः — The Inquiry into Attaining Brāhmaṇya
Mataṅga–Gardabhī Itihāsa
कलविड्क उपस्पृश्य विद्याच्च बहुशो जलम् | अग्ने: पुरे नर: स्नात्वा अग्निकन्यापुरे वसेत्
Kalaviḍka upaspṛśya vidyāc ca bahuśo jalam | Agneḥ pure naraḥ snātvā agnikanyāpure vaset ||
કલવિડ્ક તીર્થમાં શুদ্ধિ કરીને અને વારંવાર જળથી આચમન-શુદ્ધિ કરવાથી અનેક તીર્થોમાં સ્નાનનું ફળ મળે છે. તેમજ અગ્નેઃપુરમાં સ્નાન કરનાર પુરુષ અગ્નિકન્યાપુરમાં નિવાસ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે।
