Gṛhastha-Vrata
तमब्रवीदोघवती तथा मुर्धश्नि कृताञ्जलि: । न मे त्वद्गबचनात् किंचिन्न कर्तव्यं कथंचन
tam abravīd oghavatī tathā mūrdhni kṛtāñjaliḥ | na me tvad-vacanāt kiñcin na kartavyaṃ kathaṃcana ||
આ સાંભળીને ઓઘવતીએ બંને હાથ જોડીને મસ્તક પર લગાવી કહ્યું— “તમારી આજ્ઞા મુજબ કરવાનું એવું કોઈ કાર્ય નથી કે જે હું કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં ન કરી શકું; હું તમારા વચનનું કદી ઉલ્લંઘન નહીં કરું.”
