Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca—Pitāmaha mahāprājña sarvaśāstraviśārada | śrutaṃ me mahad ākhyānam idaṃ matimatāṃ vara ||
યુધિષ્ઠિરે કહ્યું—પિતામહ! તમે મહાપ્રાજ્ઞ, સર્વશાસ્ત્રવિશારદ, અને વિવેકીઓમાં શ્રેષ્ઠ છો. આ મહાન ઉપાખ્યાન મેં અત્યંત ધ્યાનપૂર્વક સાંભળ્યું છે.
