मन्थानो बहुलो वायु: सकल: सर्वलोचन: । तलस्ताल: करस्थाली ऊर्ध्वसंहननो महान्
manthāno bahulo vāyuḥ sakalaḥ sarvalocanaḥ | talastālaḥ karasthālī ūrdhvasaṃhanano mahān ||
વાયુદેવે કહ્યું—તે મથન કરનાર પ્રચંડ વાયુસ્વરૂપ છે, જે જગતને મથી નાખવામાં સમર્થ; સર્વ કલાઓથી યુક્ત, સર્વદ્રષ્ટા છે. તે પોતાના કરતળથી જ તાલ આપે છે, પોતાના હાથોને જ પાત્ર બનાવી ભોજન કરે છે; ઊર્ધ્વ, સશક્ત અને સઘન દેહવાળો છે; અને નિશ્ચયે મહાન છે.
