प्रयत: प्रातरुत्थाय यदधीये विशाम्पते । प्राज्जलि: शतरुद्रीयं तन््मे निगदत: शृणु
prayataḥ prātarutthāya yadadhīye viśāmpate | prāñjaliḥ śatarudrīyaṃ tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇu prajānātha ||
હે પ્રજાનાથ! હું દરરોજ પ્રાતઃકાળે ઊઠીને મન અને ઇન્દ્રિયોને સંયમમાં રાખી, હાથ જોડીને જે શતરુદ્રીયનો જપ-પાઠ અને અધ્યયન કરું છું, તે હવે તને કહું છું; સાંભળ.
