Fruits of Disparaging vs. Observing Dharma; Marks of Good Conduct
सर्वातिथ्यं त्रिवर्गस्य कुर्वाण: सुमना: सदा । शूद्राणां चान्नकामानां नित्यं सिद्धमिति ब्रुवन्
sarvātithyaṁ trivargasya kurvāṇaḥ sumanāḥ sadā | śūdrāṇāṁ cānna-kāmānāṁ nityaṁ siddham iti bruvan ||
મહાદેવે કહ્યું—ક્ષત્રિય સદા પ્રસન્નચિત્ત રહી સર્વજનનું સર્વાતિથ્ય (આતિથ્ય-સત્કાર) કરે અને તે કરતાં ધર્મ, અર્થ અને કામ—આ ત્રિવર્ગનું યથોચિત સેવન કરે. અને અન્નની ઇચ્છાથી શૂદ્રો આવી પ્રાર્થના કરે ત્યારે તે હંમેશાં કહે—“તમારા માટે ભોજન તૈયાર છે; આવો, વિલંબ વિના ગ્રહણ કરો.”
