एष श्राद्धविधि: प्रोक्तो यथा धर्मो न लुप्यते । पितरस्तस्य तुष्यन्ति प्रहष्टटनस: सदा
eṣa śrāddhavidhiḥ prokto yathā dharmo na lupyate | pitaras tasya tuṣyanti praharṣaṭanasāḥ sadā ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું— “ધર્મનો લોપ ન થાય એ રીતે આ શ્રાદ્ધવિધિ જણાવવામાં આવી છે. જે આ પ્રમાણે કરે છે, તેના પર પિતૃગણ સદા હર્ષિત મનથી પ્રસન્ન રહે છે।”
