Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
न चापि गच्छेत् कार्येण समयाद् वापि नास्तिकै: । आसन तु पदा55कृष्य न प्रसज्जेत् तथा नर:
na cāpi gacchet kāryeṇa samayād vāpi nāstikaiḥ | āsanaṁ tu padākṛṣya na prasajjet tathā naraḥ ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—કાર્યવશ પણ નાસ્તિકોની સંગતમાં ન જવું; તેઓએ કરાર કર્યો હોય કે શપથ લીધી હોય તોય તેમની સાથે મુસાફરી ન કરવી. અને પગથી ખેંચીને લાવેલા આસન પર બેસવાની ટેવ પણ ન કરવી.
