Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
महात्मनो5तिगुह्यानि न वक्तव्यानि कर्िचित् । अगम्याक्ष न गच्छेत राज्ञ: पत्नी सखीस्तथा
mahātmano ’tiguhyāni na vaktavyāni karhicit | agamyāḥ striyo na gacchet rājñaḥ patnīḥ sakhīs tathā ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—મહાત્મા પુરુષોના અત્યંત ગુપ્ત વિષયો ક્યારેય પ્રગટ ન કરવા જોઈએ. જે સ્ત્રીઓ ‘અગમ્ય’ છે, તેમની પાસે કદી ન જવું અને તેમની સાથે સંગ ન કરવો. બુદ્ધિમાન પુરુષે રાજાની પત્નીઓ અને તેની સખીઓની નજીક પણ ન જવું જોઈએ.
