उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
बृस््यां दर्भेषु हव्ये च कव्ये च मुनिसत्तम । एतेन कर्मदोषेण पुरोधास्त्वमजायथा:
bṛsyāṃ darbheṣu havye ca kavye ca munisattama | etena karmadoṣeṇa purodhās tvam ajāyathāḥ ||
હે મુનિશ્રેષ્ઠ! તમે મને પવિત્ર આસન અને દર્ભા ઘાસને યોગ્ય રીતે ગોઠવવાની રીત, તેમજ હવ્ય (દેવોને) અને કવ્ય (પિતૃઓને) અર્પણ કરવાની વિધિ શીખવાડી હતી. પરંતુ એ જ કર્મવિધિમાં થયેલા દોષના કારણે આ જન્મમાં તમને પુરોહિત તરીકે જન્મ લેવો પડ્યો છે.
