उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
સાંખ્યમાં પણ તેની પરમ પ્રીતિ ઉદ્ભવી અને એ રીતે જ વધતી ગઈ. વેદ, વેદાંગ અને અથર્વવેદના નિશ્ચયમાં તે ઋષિ વિદ્વાન બની પરિનિષ્ઠિત થયો; કલ્પપ્રયોગ અને જ્યોતિષમાં પણ પારંગત થયો; અને સાંખ્ય પ્રત્યે તેનો પરમ અનુરાગ વધુ ને વધુ વધવા લાગ્યો।
