Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
साध्यानां मरुतां चैव ये चान्ये देवतागणा: । स्वं स्वं प्रहरणं तेषां परस्परमुपाद्रवत्
sādhyānāṃ marutāṃ caiva ye cānye devatāgaṇāḥ | svaṃ svaṃ praharaṇaṃ teṣāṃ parasparam upādravat ||
સાધ્ય, મરુત અને અન્ય દેવગણ—સૌનાં પોતપોતાનાં આયુધો પરસ્પર એકબીજાની સામે ઉપદ્રવ કરવા લાગ્યાં. આવો અપૂર્વ અપશકુન પહેલાં કદી સાંભળ્યો ન હતો; જાણે ધર્મને સ્થિર રાખનારા દિવ્ય શસ્ત્રો જ વ્યાકુલ થઈ વિપરીત દિશામાં વળી ગયા હોય.
