सप्तद्वीप-सप्तसमुद्र-वर्णनम् तथा प्रियव्रतवंश-राज्यविभागः

क्षारोदेक्षुरसोदश् च सुरोदश् च घृतोदधिः दध्यर्णवश् च क्षीरोदः स्वादूदश्चाप्यनुक्रमात्

kṣārodekṣurasodaś ca surodaś ca ghṛtodadhiḥ dadhyarṇavaś ca kṣīrodaḥ svādūdaścāpyanukramāt

અનુક્રમે સમુદ્રો આ છે—ક્ષારસમુદ્ર, ઇક્ષુરસસમુદ્ર, સુરાસમુદ્ર, ઘૃતસમુદ્ર, દધિસમુદ્ર, ક્ષીરસમુદ્ર અને મધુર જળનો સમુદ્ર—આ રીતે ક્રમમાં ગોઠવાયેલા છે।
