FAQs

It frames Shiva-worship within disciplined awareness of time (kāla): recognizing seasons and life-stages supports regular vrata, pūjā schedules, and the steadiness required for Linga-upāsanā.

Implicitly, Shiva-tattva is the ordering Pati behind kāla and niyati (cosmic order): the text classifies natural cycles and human development as intelligible structures sustained by the Lord.

Time-based discipline (kāla-niyama): aligning sādhana—daily worship, seasonal observances, and age-appropriate dharma—with a regulated rhythm, a supporting principle for Pāśupata-oriented practice.
