वृषासि त्रिष्टुप्छन्दा अनु त्वा रभे । स्वस्ति मा सं वहास्य यज्ञस्योदृचि स्वाहा

IAST Transliteration

vṛ́ṣāsi triṣṭúp-chándā ánu tvā rabhe | svastí mā sáṃ vahāsy yajñásyodṛ́ci svā́hā

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Thou art the Bull, with Triṣṭubh for thy metre: in accordance therewith I lay hold of thee. In safety bear me wholly to the sacrifice’s farthest reach—svāhā!

Translation

તું વृषા (બળદ) છે; તારો છંદ ત્રિષ્ટુપ છે; તે અનુસાર હું તને ગ્રહણ કરું છું. કલ્યાણમાં મને સંપૂર્ણ રીતે યજ્ઞની અંતિમ પહોંચ સુધી વહન કર—સ્વાહા!
