Sukta 55
प्रातःप्रातर्गृहपतिर्नो अग्निः सायंसायं सौमनसस्य दाता। वसोर्वसोर्वसुदान एधीन्धानास्त्वा शतंहिमा ऋधेम
prātáḥ-prātar gṛhápatir no agníḥ sāyáṃ-sāyaṃ saumanásasya dātā́ | vásor-vásor vasudā́na édhy índhānās tvā śatáṃ hí imā́ ṛdhéma ||
Morning by morning may Agni be our Lord of the house; evening by evening the Giver of good accord. O giver of wealth upon wealth, increase: kindling thee, indeed may we win these gains an hundredfold.
પ્રાતઃ પ્રાતઃ અમારા ગૃહપતિ અગ્નિ રહે; સાંજ સાંજ સૌમનસ્ય (સુહૃદભાવ) નો દાતા રહે. હે ધન પર ધન આપનાર, વૃદ્ધ થા; તને પ્રજ્વલિત કરીને નિશ્ચયે અમે આ લાભોને સો ગણાં પ્રાપ્ત કરીએ.
