तेषामभावे तदभावः छिन्नपक्षस्येव राज्ञश्चेष्टानाशश्च ॥ कZ_०८.१.०९ ॥
Transliteration
teṣām abhāve tadabhāvaḥ chinnapakṣasyeva rājñaś ceṣṭānāśaś ca
Translation
તેમના અભાવે તે કાર્યો પણ રહેતા નથી; અને રાજાની ક્રિયાશક્તિ પણ નષ્ટ થાય છે—જેમ કાપેલા પાંખવાળા પક્ષીની.
