Transliteration

samarthaṃ tadvido vinayeyuḥ

Translation

પોતપોતાના ક્ષેત્રના નિષ્ણાતોએ સક્ષમ (યુવરાજ/વારસ) ને શિસ્ત અને આચરણમાં તાલીમ આપવી જોઈએ.
