तेषां ज्यायसोऽधिकेनांशेन समात्समेन हीनाद्द् हीनेनेति समसंधिः ॥ कZ_०७.७.०४ ॥
Transliteration
teṣāṃ jyāyaso'dhikenāṃśena samātsamena hīnādd hīneneti samasaṃdhiḥ
Translation
આમાં ‘સમ-સંધિ’ એટલે— શ્રેષ્ઠ સાથે વધુ અંશ આપીને, સમ સાથે સમ અંશ આપીને, અને હીન સાથે ઓછો અંશ આપીને કરેલો કરાર.
