दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
જો નગર અને જનપદ (શહેરી-ગ્રામીણ પ્રજા) દુષ્ટ/વૈરી હોય, તો ન્યાયવૃત્તિ ધરાવનારએ રહેવા/શાસન માટે બીજી ભૂમિ માગવી જોઈએ।
