Transliteration

yathā chidraṃ tathā vināśam apy āsādayed iti kauṭilyaḥ

કૌટિલ્ય કહે છે—છિદ્ર જેટલું, તેટલા પ્રમાણમાં વિનાશ પણ આવી શકે છે.
