कार्तान्तिकादिश्चास्य वर्गः सर्वज्ञदैवतसम्योगख्यापनाभ्यां स्वपक्षमुद्धर्षयेत्परपक्षं चोद्वेजयेत् ॥ कZ_१०.३.३३ ॥
Transliteration
kārtāntikādiścāsya vargaḥ sarvajñadaivatasamyogakhyāpanābhyāṃ svapakṣamuddharṣayet parapakṣaṃ codvejayet
Translation
કાર્તાંતિક વગેરે થી શરૂ થતો તેનો વર્ગ, સર્વજ્ઞ દૈવી શક્તિઓ સાથે (રાજાનો) સંયોગ છે એમ જાહેર/પ્રચાર કરીને, પોતાના પક્ષનો ઉત્સાહ વધારવો અને શત્રુપક્ષને ભયભીત કરવો જોઈએ.
