तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

તે (મર્યાદા)નું ઉલ્લંઘન થાય તો સર્વોચ્ચ દંડ—કરનારને પણ અને કરાવનાર/આદેશ આપનારને પણ; તેમજ તે કર્મ દરમિયાન થયેલી હાનિ અથવા મૃત્યુ માટે પણ (જવાબદારી રહેશે)।
