Transliteration

upalabdhavidyāprabhāvāṇāṃ puraścaraṇādyādiśeyur abhijñānārtham

Translation

જેઓની પ્રાપ્ત વિદ્યાઓ/કૌશલ્યોની પ્રભાવશક્તિ જાણીતી હોય, તેમની ઓળખ/ચકાસણી માટે અધિકારીઓએ પુરશ્ચરણ વગેરે પ્રારંભિક આચરણો નિર્ધારિત કરવા જોઈએ.
