स्ववेश्मनो विरात्रादूर्ध्वं परिवारमारोहतः पूर्वः साहसदण्डः परवेश्मनो मध्यमः ग्रामारामवाटभेदिनश्च ॥ कZ_०४.१३.०६ ॥

Transliteration

svaveśmano virātrādūrdhvaṃ parivāramārohataḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ paraveśmano madhyamaḥ grāmārāmavāṭabhedinaśca

Translation

રાત્રિ પછી કોઈ પોતાના ઘરની ઘેરાબંધી/વાડ પર ચઢે તો પ્રથમ સાહસદંડ; બીજાના ઘરની હોય તો મધ્યમ સાહસદંડ. ગામની ઘેરાબંધી, ઉદ્યાન/આરામ અથવા વાડાવાળી જગ્યા તોડી પ્રવેશ કરનાર પણ દંડનીય છે.
