जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

જો તે જાતિવિશિષ્ટ હોય, અનિચ્છુક હોય અથવા સંતાનવતી હોય, તો યોગ્ય નિષ્ક્રય (વળતર/પ્રતિદાન) લઈને તેને સોંપવી જોઈએ.
