प्रकर्मण्यकुमार्याश्चतुष्पञ्चाशत्पणो दण्डः शुल्कव्ययकर्मणी च प्रतिदद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१५ ॥

Transliteration

prakarmaṇyakumāryāś catuṣpañcāśatpaṇo daṇḍaḥ śulkavyayakarmaṇī ca pratidadyāt

Translation

અવિવાહિત કન્યასთან પ્રથમ સંભોગ (કૌમાર્યભંગ) કરનારને ચોપન પણનો દંડ; તેમજ શુલ્ક (વધૂમૂલ્ય) અને વ્યય તથા કર્મણી (સંબંધિત ખર્ચ અને વિધિઓ) પણ પરત ચૂકવવા.
