निर्दिष्टदेशकालकार्यं च कर्म कुर्युः अनिर्दिष्टदेशकालं कार्यापदेशम् ॥ कZ_०४.१.०४ ॥

Transliteration

nirdiṣṭadeśakālakāryaṃ ca karma kuryuḥ anirdiṣṭadeśakālaṃ kāryāpadeśam

Translation

કામ માત્ર નિર્ધારિત સ્થળ, સમય અને કાર્ય સાથે જ કરવું; સ્થળ અને સમય નિર્ધારિત ન હોય તો તે માત્ર ‘કાર્યાપદેશ’—કામનો બહાનો/દાવો—છે.
