तत्र रत्नोपधाव् उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च सारोपधौ मध्यमः फल्गुकुप्योपधौ तच्च तावच्च दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.०९ ॥

Transliteration

tatra ratnopadhāv uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca; sāropadhau madhyamaḥ; phalgukupyopadhau tacca tāvacca daṇḍaḥ.

Translation

ત્યાં બદલી/મિલાવટના કેસમાં—રત્નોમાં કરનાર અને કરાવનાર બંને માટે સર્વોચ્ચ દંડ; સાર (મુખ્ય મૂલ્યવાન)માં મધ્યમ દંડ; અને ફલ્ગુ તથા કુપ્યમાં તે જ મૂલ્ય અને તે જ પ્રમાણ મુજબ દંડ થાય।
