जनपदान्ते ध्रुवनिधिमापदर्थमभित्यक्तैः कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.५.०४ ॥

Transliteration

janapadānte dhruvanidhim āpadartham abhityaktaiḥ kārayet

Translation

જનપદોની સીમાએ, આપત્તિ-કાળ માટે સ્થાયી રિઝર્વ-નિધિ/ખજાનો, પરિત્યક્ત/દાવાવિહિન સાધનો વડે સ્થાપિત કરાવવો જોઈએ।
