Transliteration

paṇyānām adeśakālavikretāram asvakaraṇaṃ ca nivedayeyuḥ

Translation

અયોગ્ય સ્થળ અથવા અયોગ્ય સમયે માલ વેચનારને, તેમજ અધિકાર વિના/યોગ્ય નિયમપાલન વિના કાર્ય કરનારને જાણ કરવી.
