चेतनाचेतनिकं रात्रिदोषमशंसतो नागरिकस्य दोषानुरूपो दण्डः प्रमादस्थाने च ॥ कZ_०२.३६.४२ ॥
Transliteration
cetanācetanikaṃ rātridoṣam aśaṃsato nāgarikasya doṣānurūpo daṇḍaḥ pramādasthāne ca.
Translation
રાત્રિનો ગુનો—ઇરાદાપૂર્વક (વ્યક્તિ દ્વારા) હોય કે અનિચ્છિત/અકસ્માતજન્ય—જો જાણ ન કરવામાં આવે, તો નાગરિક (નગર અધિકારી)ને ગુનાના પ્રમાણ મુજબ દંડ થાય; તેમજ જાણીતા પ્રમાદ-સ્થાનો (બેદરકારીનાં સ્થળો) બાબતે પણ।
