बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

રાજવિરોધી કાર્યો કરનારાઓને ગેરકાયદે પાર ઉતરવાનું ભયજનક/કઠિન બને તે માટે અવરોધિત/નિયંત્રિત તીર્થો (ઘાટ) સ્થાપવા જોઈએ.
