ध्वजमूलमतिक्रान्तानां चाकृतशुल्कानां शुल्कादष्टगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.१६ ॥

Transliteration

dhvajamūlam atikrāntānāṃ cākṛtaśulkānāṃ śulkād aṣṭaguṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

જે લોકો શુલ્ક ચૂકવ્યા વિના શુલ્ક-ધ્વજચોકી (ચેકપોસ્ટ) પાર કરે, તેમને શુલ્કના આઠ ગણો દંડ થશે.
