सपरिभाण्डे वा रूपे लवणमुल्कया कटुशर्करया तप्तमवतिष्ठते ॥ कZ_०२.१४.३७ ॥

Transliteration

saparibhāṇḍe vā rūpe lavaṇam ulkayā kaṭuśarkarayā taptaṃ avatiṣṭhate

Translation

જોડાણો/ફિટિંગ્સવાળા રૂપમાં, મીઠું—(અથવા) અલ્કા/ઉલ્કા અને કટુ ખાંડ—ગરમ કરતાં સ્પષ્ટ રહી જાય છે.
