तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
અતએવ રાજલેખક અમાત્યસંપદાથી યુક્ત હોવો જોઈએ; તે સર્વ પ્રસંગો/પરિસ્થિતિઓનો જાણકાર, ઝડપથી લખનાર, સ્પષ્ટ અને સુલેખ અક્ષરવાળો, તેમજ લખવા અને વાંચીને સંભળાવવા—બન્નેમાં સમર્થ હોવો જોઈએ.
